Lee has over a decade of online experience and has held senior management positions at advertising networks in the UK market spanning VC Media, AdLINK Internet Media, and Unanimis. In 2007 Lee launched the Unanimis performance network which quickly established itself as one of the key DR networks in the UK market.
Lee is widely recognised for his experience, expertise and passion when it comes to the display network model. In 2010, Lee co-founded Media iQ, with Gurman Hundal to bring transparent business models to the real time advertising. He has an in-depth understanding of the market and since inception has been instrumental in building a strong team to drive revenues. A numbers man, he leads the Media iQ team from the front, with an authority that can only be gained through great respect. Dedicated to constantly maintaining Media iQ as a market leading business he has contributed significantly in building Media iQ’s analysis and optimisation business, and enabled Media iQ to increase sales, retain its clients and grow its business year on year.
Lee is passionate about talent management and developing business leaders and has been a guide and mentor for the Media iQ team to create their own turf within the industry and grow consistently in the advertising space. To manage talent in a fast paced business is no mean feat, and to ensure that employees grow and stay motivated within the business, Lee has introduced several human resource and employee engagement initiatives and continuously strives to invest in people development. Media iQ, has a commendable employee retention rate of 95% since it was founded. Media iQ also won the 2014 Drum awards for ‘Best Digital Trading Team’.
As a co-founder of a self-funded business, it is Lee’s passion to ensure that Media iQ continue to organically expand on a global scale. Lee has successfully shaped new strategies to increase our reach, rope in clients even outside traditional media trading. He has also shaped the enterprise division of the business which is newly developed to use advanced analytical services and software and inspire clients with insights.
