David Abraham became Channel 4’s sixth Chief Executive when he took up the post in May 2010. Over the past five years the team he leads has creatively renewed the Channel 4 schedule post Big Brother; delivered the 2012 Paralympic Games; forged new ad sales partnerships with UKTV and BT Sport; launched 4seven, All 4 and Channel 4’s Indie and Commercial Growth Funds; boosted Film4’s output and attracted 13m viewers to register directly with Channel 4.

David led Discovery Networks UK during a period of rapid growth between 2001-2004, led the revival of cable channel TLC in the US between 2005-2007, and repositioned UKTV’s ten channels, including launching Dave, as CEO from 2007-2010.
David worked at the creative agencies CDP and Chiat/Day in the 1980s after earning a degree in Modern History from Oxford University. He was a founding partner of the influential 90s agency St Luke’s.
He is a member of the Creative Skillset Board.

David is Founder of GlobalCities, a niche consultancy providing advice on the business of cities, and thought-leadership on Cities and Globalisation, examining economic, demographic, and technological trends and their interplay with urbanisation.
David delivers major projects with cities across multiple international markets, he has devised many high visibility brand positioning projects at the London and Beijing Olympics and writes/speaks on trends within globalisation and their impact on places. He is the founder of Future London - a consortium which developed the vision for a London bid to host the World Expo in 2025 and the co-author of the International Place Branding Manifesto.
David is an associate of the urban think tank Centre for London, an expert for the European Best Place Institute, contributor for the Urban Land Institute, and in 2014 was recognised as a Young Leader by the World Cities Summit in Singapore. He currently chairs a review of tourism policies for the OECD.

A stalwart of the UK music industry, Phil has worked at Bauer, and before that at Emap, since 1989. During that time he has edited Raw, Kerrang! and MOJO magazines and hosted both Raw Power and Friday night rock trivia show Popped In, Crashed Out for ITV and regularly appeared on Radio 1\'s The Rock Show. In 2009 Phil was presented with the Record Of The Day award for Outstanding Contribution To Music Journalism and in 2012 he won the BSME’s Editor Of The Year award. Kevin has more than 25 years’ experience as a business leader and strategist, in both agencies and clients. He started working in the digital space before Netscape invented the web browser and paved the way for the explosion of the internet, and therefore has significantly more experience than most in understanding what works and what doesn’t (often learning it the hard way). He has extensive experience in building loyalty having helped develop some of the earliest rewards programmes in the UK for the credit card sector, before going on to launch the first armed forces recruitment programme in the world based on loyalty principles. He has worked internationally with P&G; on the use of rich content to drive loyalty and advocacy in both Europe and the US. More recently he launched the L'Oreal Insider programme in the UK which has since been rolled out to international markets including Australia. At Publicis he is responsible for the agency’s planning function across all major clients including EE/Orange, Visa Europe, Royal Mail and London Gatwick airport.

Heather is founder and CEO of Neuro-Insight in the UK. She holds a BA Honours Degree from Cambridge University (Clare College) and has over 30 years’ experience in the areas of marketing, market research and media strategy. During her career, she has worked on the client side for both brand owners and media owners, in additional to having many years’ experience as a marketing and strategy consultant.
Prior to joining Neuro-Insight, Heather worked originally for Rowntree Macintosh (now Nestlé), marketing brands like After Eight, Yorkie and KitKat, before going on to become marketing director of a retail subsidiary. She also held a marketing director role for one of the first satellite television stations in the UK.
Moving into consultancy, she worked first for Price Waterhouse where she specialized in media projects, and then moved to Oxford Strategic Marketing, where she ran marketing and strategy projects for multi-national companies across a range of industry sectors.

Nathan is currently Global Director – Loyalty, Customer Insight and Analytics at M&S.; He is responsible for leading the ongoing development of Sparks – the M&S; members club that offers exclusive rewards for over 4 million customers. Sparks is critical to the futre of a more personalised 1:1 relationship between M&S; and it’s customers. Nathan is also responsible for all Customer Insight and Analytics across M&S;, including Big Data.

Previous roles at M&S; include Head of Brand and Marketing for M&S; Food where he was responsible for leading a team of 25 talented marketers to profitably grow a 7,000 SKU business worth in excess of £5 billion annually. Achievements include the successful ‘Adventures in…’ integrated campaign, which received many accolades including top retail spot in the Brainjuicer Feelmore top 50 2015 (4th highest ranking creative in total). Nathan previously held a number of FMCG marketing roles growing Brands such as Heinz, Birds Eye and Red Bull.

Rosie started moonlighting at a tiny creative hot shop called Bartle Bogle Hegarty in 1983 while studying at Central St Martins. She has been there ever since.
She spent the formative years of her career working closely with John Hegarty, learning the trade. In her time to date she has been responsible for some of the Agency’s most iconic work from Pretty Polly and Levi’s to Birdseye, Robinsons and Omo. She led Axe (Lynx) for 14 years culminating in developing the Axe website and awarded mobile work. More recently she has worked on Baileys, introduced Gordon the Boar and was behind the phenomenon that was Yeo Valley.
Rosie regularly appears in the press and featured in a Channel 4 documentary called “From the Top” on life as an advertising creative. She was President of D&AD; in 2012 presiding over the Charity’s 50th year where she introduced the first new pencil- the White pencil awarded to work that does good in the world.
Her work has amassed many awards including six Cannes Gold.

Perviously, he was at Legolas Media where he was CEO and grew the company to a multi-million dollar revenue business. Prior to Legolas, Yoav was at Eyeblaster (now MediaMind) where he was GM International, and then GM North American operations. At Eyeblaster, Yoav oversaw revenue growth of more than 5x, opened multiple international offices and helped build Eyeblaster into the world's leading rich media ad platform. Yoav holds a B.Sc in Computer Science and Statistics from Tel-Aviv University and an M.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Denmark's Technical University.

He then joined the start-up BLM in 1997 where he helped grow the company to become the UK’s leading independent media agency. Following its acquisition by Havas in 2008, Pedro rose to become Chief Executive Of Arena Media and Group Managing Director of HAVAS Media Group UK (Inc HAVAS Sports and Entertainment Cake) . In December 2015, Pedro was appointed Global CEO for Havas Sports & Entertainment. 
Pedro loves rugby and sailing and also holds a pilot’s license.
