Before Google Iain was Global Interactive ECD at Wieden + Kennedy. His most recognized work was the Old Spice ‘Responses’ campaign. But also worked across a range of clients.

Iain was one of the founders and Creative Directors of POKE.

He's been on a bunch of lists: the 2010 and 2011 Creativity 50, Ad Age's 25 Media Mavens, Fortune Magazine's '40 Under 40, AdWeek’s most creative minds in digital. And he was recently inducted into the AAF Hall of Achievement. And he’s been lucky enough to sit in dark rooms and judge D&AD;, Cannes Lions, Clios, ANDYS and One Show. He sits on the board of the One Club in New York.

As Head of EMEA for xAd, a mobile location platform, he is tasked with bringing together buyers and sellers with ad targeting solutions focused on driving in-store traffic and sales within the region.

Prior to xAd, Theo served as the Senior VP, EMEA at Videology where he worked with advertisers and publishers building cross device opportunities in online video. He also spent a number of years at Apple as Head of Sales and Strategy for iAd in EMEA. He previously fulfilled a similar role at Microsoft as EMEA Head of Sales for Mobile Advertising implementing the launch of MSN Mobile’s ad product in multiple markets. He joined Microsoft as part of the ScreenTonic acquisition, where he drove the first mobile advertising banner formats on Orange’s mobile platform.

Theo has a detailed understanding of the challenges facing both advertisers and publishers in the new multi-screen digital world. He is also a Mobile Marketing Association and IAB board member.

Kevin’s one of the founding members of Tapestry, a research agency dedicated to delivering research that lives on through maths, modelling and clever simulators. Prior to Tapestry, Kevin was part of the Strategic Consulting team at Ipsos OTX, based in Austin, Texas. Having made her mark in the UK she was awarded a CBE in the Queen’s Birthday Honour List in 2003 for her services to women, small business and minorities. Diana joined NABS as CEO in March 2015. Prior to this she was the executive director for marketing at Barnardo’s and acting deputy chief executive.
