Eileen Naughton is Managing Director for Google UK & Ireland, responsible for revenue and business operations in Google’s second-largest market. Most recently, as Vice President of Global Sales, she was Google’s senior relationship manager with its largest advertising and agency clients. She earlier led sales and operations for YouTube and Google’s display business in the US and Americas, and led Google’s post-acquisition integration of DoubleClick ad tech platforms and ad exchange business. Prior to joining Google in 2006, Eileen held a number of executive positions at Time Warner Inc. as president of TIME magazine, general manager of Fortune magazine, VP of investor relations and president of Time Inc. Interactive, responsible for the digital assets of Time Warner’s publishing division.

After graduating from Oxford University, Sanjay worked in political communications on “New Labour”, the platform which launched Tony Blair’s career.

Following an MBA at INSEAD, he was appointed Senior VP, Marketing, at MTV Europe; helping to grow the channel from 18m to 80m households across Europe.

Sanjay then went on to found a Top 50 media insights agency, The Depot, before joining BBC News as Global Director of Marketing, Communications, and Audiences.

At the BBC Sanjay helped launch the BBC’s Arabic and Persian channels, and in 2010 oversaw the BBC’s campaign for the UK General Election. Sanjay left the BBC to join Carat in 2013.

He joined Dennis from the creative agency Grand Parade Ltd, a technology and content firm specialising in the betting industry, and which he set up with a partner in 2006.
Prior to that Ed lived and worked in New York, moving there in 1999 to launch FHM magazine for EMAP, then serving as managing editor for Rolling Stone for two years, and editing the US version of Maxim for two years. Before moving to the US, he was editor of FHM magazine in London. He has previously won the PPA Editor of the Year and BSME Men's Magazine Editor of the Year awards, PPA Magazine of the Year for FHM, and Rolling Stone won a National Magazine Award for Reporting under his editorship.

After a brief stint as a teacher, Chris’s first media sales job was at VNU business publishing in 1989. He joined The Guardian in 1992 as a Client Sales Executive, and held a number of roles in the company including, Agency Sales Executive, Agency Group Head, Agency Sales Manager and Deputy Advertisement Director.



As part of the Guardian’s international expansion, Chris was given responsibility for Guardian America commercial operations. As Global Commercial Director, Chris was charged with setting up and developing the USA office, with particular responsibility for sales and marketing.
