Iain was one of the founders and Creative Directors of POKE.

He's been on a bunch of lists: the 2010 and 2011 Creativity 50, Ad Age's 25 Media Mavens, Fortune Magazine's '40 Under 40, AdWeek’s most creative minds in digital. Justin has been working exclusively in digital since 1999 from boom to bust to boom again.

He started his career at the height of the dot com boom at a start up specialising in promoting financing solutions for the SME and enterprise sector – a revolutionary business (which was 5 years too early).

With a taste for all things online he moved to one of the digital leaders M Digital; learning the digital media trade on IBM, Kellogg’s and Ford, creating pioneering digital media firsts.

He joined MEC Interaction from OMD International where he was Head of Digital responsible for clients such as McDonalds, Vodafone and Sony (including the multi award winning Sony Bravia Balls) before becoming Managing Director of MEC Digital (UK).

Justin is now Managing Director of Teads UK, working to drive Teads' presence and operations within the UK market as the company continues to reinvent the video advertising industry with its innovative technology and outstream formats.

Anna is the Managing Director of leading entertainment agency Feref. Her last 12 months have included bringing together the UK Government with Disney and Lucasfilm to create the Star Wars: Made GREAT in Britain campaign, working between London and LA to launch an international campaign for Deadpool (20th Century Fox) and delivering a 28% year-on-year growth for Feref.

As part of her focus on developing industry talent, Anna led the way for Feref to become an IPA member and oversees the agency’s CPD programme. Anna’s own career was influenced early on by online marketing pioneer New Media Maze and digital innovator AKQA, before joining Feref in 2007.

Anna is a highly regarded operator by some of the world’s biggest brands and was nominated for the IPA and Campaign Women of Tomorrow Awards earlier this year. Outside work, she is committed to supporting charitable causes in Uganda and her native South Africa.

As Head of EMEA for xAd, a mobile location platform, he is tasked with bringing together buyers and sellers with ad targeting solutions focused on driving in-store traffic and sales within the region.

Prior to xAd, Theo served as the Senior VP, EMEA at Videology where he worked with advertisers and publishers building cross device opportunities in online video. He also spent a number of years at Apple as Head of Sales and Strategy for iAd in EMEA. He previously fulfilled a similar role at Microsoft as EMEA Head of Sales for Mobile Advertising implementing the launch of MSN Mobile’s ad product in multiple markets. He joined Microsoft as part of the ScreenTonic acquisition, where he drove the first mobile advertising banner formats on Orange’s mobile platform.

Lisa graduated from Cambridge in French and Spanish and spent the first two years of her career at De La Rue as a trainee, learning the art of making money and marketing in Europe and South America. She began her career in advertising at the original home of direct marketing, Wunderman, gaining experience with blue chip brands including BA, Kraft, Amex and BT.

After five years, Lisa moved to the direct marketing hot shop, Craik Jones. Lisa was responsible for the development of the Land Rover account, taking it from a small UK piece of business to an award-winning global account in under five years.

Lisa was the first ever Craik Jones Board Director from outside the founding partners, rising to Deputy MD.
