Eileen Naughton is Managing Director for Google UK & Ireland, responsible for revenue and business operations in Google’s second-largest market. Most recently, as Vice President of Global Sales, she was Google’s senior relationship manager with its largest advertising and agency clients. She earlier led sales and operations for YouTube and Google’s display business in the US and Americas, and led Google’s post-acquisition integration of DoubleClick ad tech platforms and ad exchange business. Prior to joining Google in 2006, Eileen held a number of executive positions at Time Warner Inc. as president of TIME magazine, general manager of Fortune magazine, VP of investor relations and president of Time Inc. Interactive, responsible for the digital assets of Time Warner’s publishing division.

Ed Needham is editor of Coach magazine, a freemium health and fitness weekly which he developed and launched with Dennis Publishing in October 2015.
He joined Dennis from the creative agency Grand Parade Ltd, a technology and content firm specialising in the betting industry, and which he set up with a partner in 2006.
Prior to that Ed lived and worked in New York, moving there in 1999 to launch FHM magazine for EMAP, then serving as managing editor for Rolling Stone for two years, and editing the US version of Maxim for two years. Before moving to the US, he was editor of FHM magazine in London. He has previously won the PPA Editor of the Year and BSME Men's Magazine Editor of the Year awards, PPA Magazine of the Year for FHM, and Rolling Stone won a National Magazine Award for Reporting under his editorship.

Jez is the founder and CEO of Somethin’ Else. He started his media life broadcasting from dodgy flats in South London as a pirate radio DJ. Some decades later he’s still getting away with it. Jez launched the company in 1991 with £500 and a cash box. Since then he’s overseen Somethin’ Else’s growth to become one of the UK's biggest content agencies working with the likes of the BBC, Sky, Red Bull, The BRIT Awards and The Economist. Alex is the MD for mobile across EMEA, and as such leads our approach to ‘mobility’ across the organisation. Alex’s team describes itself as a bunch of creative technologists who work with clients to solve their business issues from a technology first perspective. Alex first launched OMDUK’s mobile operation in June 2006, and during that period oversaw the departments rapid growth in terms of the number of client projects and revenues generated. During Alex’s tenure the high quality of output was widely recognised and was marked by various award wins, including a Valencia Festival Of Media award for the best use of mobile, a Cannes Lion for best use of technology and an IAB creative showcase award.

In 2011 Alex was promoted to his current cross group and internationally focussed role. Subsequently, Alex has been shaping and developing all OMG companies approach to mobility, helping develop a product set that ensures we are able to lead the conversation and advise our multi-national clients on how to maximize new business opportunities offered by today’s rapidly developing mobile technologies.

Alex is a recognised industry figure speaking at events such as the GSMA Mobile world congress, Doubleclick’s CAB event, various IAB, MMA and DMA events. Alex also sits on Microsoft’s mobile advisory committee, and the IAB’s mobile leadership council.
