He has started things-PHD, sold things, merged things, bought things. Worked in New York, been to Harvard, opened offices in thirty plus countries, been President of the IPA. Has been lucky enough to persuade very smart people to partner him, particularly Nick Horswell and Jonathan Durden at PHD. He now helps a range of businesses with investment, advice, chairmanship and helping them become commercially successful. Acting as a ‘wingman’, watching the backs of businesses to help them and their CEO's avoid the pitfalls that come with starting and growing a business. For relaxation he has recently started racing cars. Still doesn’t know what he wants to do but its been an amazing journey so far.

Lindsay joined Maxus in October 2009 in the newly created position of CEO to drive the Maxus brand to a new level, both in the UK and as part of the global management team.

In August 2012, Lindsay was named as the new Global Chief Strategy Officer for Maxus, working alongside her duties in the UK. She now takes direct responsibility for global planning, data & insights, digital, marketing and new business functions. Going forwards she will also play a leading role in global client relationships, many of which are based in the UK.

Jonathan joins us from BuzzFeed, where he served as the Vice President of Motion Pictures. He led strategy, operations, development and partnerships for BuzzFeed Motion Pictures, where he helped the business grow into a top video producer on the Internet, with 1.5 billion monthly views and releasing 75 original clips a week. In addition, he created more than 20 syndication and content partnerships with leading global social platforms and portals. Jonathan also served as the Vice President of Agency Strategy and Industry Development at BuzzFeed.

Prior to his time at BuzzFeed, Jonathan spent more than six years at Google. He also founded Lighthouse Group, an independent global media and entertainment advisory firm that advises start-ups. He has been featured in AdWeek as a Top 50 Media & Advertising Executive, as well as on VideoInk as a Dealmaker of the Year. Jonathan is also an advisor and board member to a number of start-ups.

Guy’s tenure at the Internet Advertising Bureau UK (IAB) has spanned the explosive growth of digital media. Under Guy’s leadership, the IAB has grown with the industry it serves, now comprising corporate members representing the UK’s digital ecosystem - from start-up companies to the most established players in the industry.
Guy represents the IAB and the digital ad sector on the boards of the Advertising Association, the Audit Bureau of Circulations (ABC), IAB Europe and the UK Online Measurement Company (UKOM). Guy is also on the Advisory Board for Imperial College’s Marketing Strategy MSc, a Fellow of the RSA and a Business Leader of the Marketing Society.
Prior to joining the IAB, Guy gained broad media experience as Head of Advertising at Vodafone UK and in other marketing roles at The Marketing Store, Barclays Bank and The Granada Group.
Guy divides his time between Oxfordshire and the Isle of Wight, with his wife, Rebecca. They have two children, Susannah and Jasmine.
